Small series injection moulding
Our small series injection moulding enables you to flexibly cover your annual requirement for injection moulded parts and reliably supply your customers. Without needing to produce cost-intensive series tools, we can produce quantities of 50,000+ injection moulded parts on our high-quality tools. And even when using several aluminium tools, there is usually a cost advantage over a steel series tool.
Insert & outsert technology
The overmoulding of metals or other inserts results in a hybrid component made of metal and plastic. The production of highly complex and highly integrated hybrid components is made possible by the insert technology. The focus can be placed on current-carrying inserts or purely mechanical inserts, e.g. threaded bushings. Thanks to its extensive experience from many projects in the automotive, e-mobility and medical technology sectors, priomold can offer expertise in overmoulding pins, plug contacts, busbars or metal bushings for prototype injection moulded parts or small series. The tool high-strength aluminium inserts used for this are precisely adapted to the respective insert for sealing.
Two-component & multi-component injection moulding
We realise the rapid and economical production of your 2C plastic injection moulded parts made from different plastic materials using the 2C injection moulding process, in which two or more plastic components are processed using transfer technology. Thanks to this injection moulding technique, 2C or multi-component injection moulded parts can even be produced economically in small quantities.
Prototype injection moulding
Delivery time from 1 week Thanks to our ultra-modern and automated tool shop specialised in the production of tool inserts made of high-strength aluminium, we can offer delivery times starting from 1 week for new products. Our plastic injection moulding prototypes provide concrete answers and can be used like serial parts for the following: - Checking the readiness of the design for series production - Validating all component functions - Getting a feel for the optical requirements - Feasibility analysis of the injection moulding process - Checking and testing the material - Approvals for your product
3d printing – SLS rapid prototyping
We manufacture time-critical and complex plastic parts for you, using the additive manufacturing process selective laser sintering (SLS). The SLS process is ideal for the production of plastic components with mechanical properties similar to injection moulded components and small prototype quantities. Because priomold uses the latest SLS technology, you can additively manufacture your prototypes and small series from 1 to 200 pieces cost-effectively.
3D scan and quality assurance
There are no test reports or documentation for prototypes? Not with priomold! Your small series has the highest quality requirements and must be monitored regularly? priomold's in-house measurement laboratory delivers initial sample test reports, series-accompanying measurements, 3D scans, IMDS entries and much more with state-of-the-art equipment.

Über ein speziell entwickeltes "Rapid Tooling" Verfahren erstellen wir mit modernen HSC-Fräszentren Aluminium Spritzgusswerkzeuge. • Bemusterung von neuen Prototypen Spritzgusswerkzeugen aus hochfestem Aluminium • Anfahren und Programmieren von Spritzgussmaschinen und deren Peripherie wie z.B.
