About us
Technically and visually superior plastic parts
PLASTON develops and produces sophisticated plastic parts for a wide range of industries. With state-of-the-art injection molding machines boasting clamping forces of up to 1,850 tons, we are able to efficiently manufacture both the smallest components and large-volume technical parts.
Our production is highly scalable: We process parts from 10 grams to 5 kilograms – from visually appealing parts with the highest aesthetic demands – featuring high gloss and laser-etched structures – to robust structural components.
Function meets design
Thanks to our broad range of plastics technologies, we combine functionality with attractive aesthetics
- Standard injection molding, including tandem and multi-stage technology, for classic thermoplastic components.
- Insert molding, in which inserts such as metal sleeves or ball bearings are directly overmolded in the mold – this eliminates subsequent assembly steps and increases precision.
- In-mold labeling (IML): Decoration or lettering is integrated directly into the injection molding process, resulting in high-quality, durable surfaces.
High-quality surfaces and finishing.
In addition to injection molding, we offer a wide variety of finishing options and integrate these enhancements directly into the injection molding cell with precise automation, tailored to each product
- Hot stamping or image stamping for highly durable and high-quality markings.
- Screen printing or pad printing – also possible on curved shapes.
- In-mold labeling, as mentioned above, for particularly integrated and robust marking solutions.

Sustainability and innovation
Sustainability is centrally anchored in our corporate strategy. We process around 40 tons of plastic granules per working day and approximately 10,000 tons of plastic annually. An ever-increasing proportion of our plastic comes from recycled materials.
