About us
Plastechnik AG is an innovative and reliable company in the field of plastic injection moulding with its own tool shop.
Thanks to our modern machinery, both in the injection moulding shop and in our toolmaking department, we are able to realise a wide range of projects and offer our customers an economic advantage coupled with Swiss quality thanks to a high degree of automation.
Our production is designed for the manufacture of plastic parts with a part weight of 0.001 g (micro injection moulding) up to components with a part weight of approx. 650 g. The production spectrum of possible plastic parts ranges from the smallest technical components with the highest demands on accuracy of fit to complete assemblies. We process all thermoplastics, including high-performance plastics such as PEEK, PEI, PPS, PBT, PA66 and LCP. Our products are used in a wide range of applications in the electronics, furniture and automotive industries.
The corresponding moulds are manufactured flexibly, quickly and with the highest precision in our own toolmaking department. We are a development partner for our customers, from design and toolmaking through to series production.
Our quality assurance also contributes to the efficiency of our company.
We guarantee our customers a high level of quality by using a state-of-the-art computer tomograph, which enables non-contact 3D measurement and parts analysis, as well as several tactile and optical measuring machines.
Our company is certified according to the following standards IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Micro injection molding
Precision down to the smallest detail! Plastechnik AG can look back on many years of experience in the injection moulding of small parts and micro injection moulding. From small series to several million parts per year, we produce micro injection moulded parts of the highest quality from our own moulds with up to 64 cavities according to customer requirements.
Multi-Component Parts
Soft and hard, different colours and also low-friction: the benefits of different materials can be combined in any way desired thanks to the two-component injection-moulding process.
Hybrid Parts
The advantages of metal combined with the strengths of plastic: clever and automated insertion techniques make it possible.
