Prototypes
mould2part specializes in the rapid tooling process and its services include the production of high-quality injection moulded prototypes in series material. Our range of services covers the entire process chain, i.e. from consulting to production. Your advantages: - Very fast throughput times - Cost-optimized components in original material - Testing of components under real conditions - Optimization of components in the same tool possible without great effort - Experience can be transferred to large-scale production - Series start-up is covered by the Rapid Tool (up to 200,000 parts)
Small series and pre-series
With our Rapid Tooling Plus technique at hand, we can manufacture up to 200,000 parts, depending on the material and complexity.
LSR-Silicone
In addition to thermoplastics, we also process LSR silicones. LSR-Solution is your point of contact for innovative and customized solutions in the field of liquid silicone rubber (LSR) technology. As a brand of mould2part GmbH, we bring the many years of experience and comprehensive know-how of mould2part into a new dimension of liquid silicone processing. 2K and multi-component injection moulding
Our thermoplastic and LSR injection moulding methodologies also facilitate the creation of multi-component parts, i.e. hard/soft, hard/hard or soft/soft combinations involving two or three different materials.
Overmolding of inserts
All types of contacts, sockets, cables, hoses and other types of components can be overmolded.
