Since 2006, the Merrem Kunststoffen Group has specialised in the machining and supply of technical plastics. With around 100 employees, we are now one of the leading plastic machining companies in the Netherlands and Europe.

We supply our extensive range of plastic sheet and bar material – directly from our own stock. On request, our sawing service will cut this material to size!
Milling
High-precision technology and fast delivery times Our experienced operators process various kinds of plastics on state-of-the-art 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling machines. To keep lead times down as much as possible, we also use robot technology with automated loading. This way, we make sure we always deliver good and consistent quality. Using our CNC milling machines, we produce prototypes, single items, and small and large series. Owing to the high level of automation, our products are less prone to errors and we can deliver quicker. Turning
Speed and perfection We have the know-how and machines for this kind of high-precision machining. Depending on the number of items in the series, our production is either semi-automated using CNC turning lathes or fully automated using robots. Our turning lathes are equipped with an automatic bar feeder. Aside from that, we use an additional powered tool axis to be able to process multiple pieces in one go. This also makes production of small series less time consuming and more cost effective. Plate and bar material delivered custom-made within two days In our fully automated warehouse there is a large stock of plates and rods made of different types of plastic. Thanks to our sawing service, we can offer you material that can be delivered within two working days! Our sawing department cuts plastic products to any required size. By using CNC sawing machines, we can guarantee precise results with optimal material utilization and short delivery times. Want an offer?
