About us

ALL-ROUND SPECIALISTS IN EXTRUDED PLASTICS

Since 1979 we have been producing soft and rigid profiles and gaskets in different plastics, applying technical processes which include co-extrusion, tri-extrusion and post-extrusion.
We have progressed throughout our more than forty years’ experience and today are a well-established benchmark for many international industries and distributors.

Our long experience in researching and developing materials suitable
for a wide range of applications, an efficient in-house mechanical workshop, our ability to provide added value with a series of special machining operations, and much more, make us one of the most
technically advanced companies in the field of plastic extrusion in Europe and beyond.

‘From project to product’ summarises perfectly our approach to customers’ needs. One of our main strengths is the design and production of new custom profiles for a host of applications. In this field, we also provide a prototyping service using 3D printing with one or two materials.

MOULD SHOP
Our mould shop is dedicated to the provision of tooling with which to manufacture new products, making us the ideal partners for producing custom solutions. In 2019 we doubled our production capacity in order to meet the spiralling increase in demand.

FOCUS ON
We are able to manufacture hi-tech extruded products, including conductive profiles for safety systems, mainly used for automatic opening systems. We also provide advanced
technical solutions for the building, lighting, railway, transportation and furniture industries.
