About us

We are experts in 1-component and 2-component injection molded parts. Our machine size ranges from several 40to. Injection molding machines over 100 tons, 200 tons, 320 tons up to a 650 tons. Machine. This means we can produce parts that weigh just a few grams up to plastic parts weighing around 1.5 kg.
Our plastics expertise is very broad, from PP, PE, PC, ABS, ABS/blends to PA6, PA66 special flame-retardant materials are our home. Of course, due to our 2-component articles, we also process combinations of PC with TPE, as well as PA with TPE. However, there are also pure TPE applications. The application of in-mould labeling is also relatively new in our company.
If subsequent component assembly is necessary, no problem. We have in-house solutions for you for this as well.
All molds are maintained in the in-house tool shop and can also be built there if desired.
The cooperation does not have to start with an already developed article. We are also happy to support you with our development team and carry out initial feasibility analyzes with our Cadmould software. We would also be happy to build prototype tools for you.
