About us
For more than six decades, K. C. Weiss GmbH has stood for high-quality plastic pipes, plastic profiles, and plastic rods – manufactured with precision, dedication, and Swabian ingenuity. What began as a small business in 1961 is now an established manufacturer of semi-finished plastic products with customers from a wide range of industries – from automotive and medical technology to display and packaging solutions. As a family-run company, we place great value on reliability, quality, and collaborative partnerships.

Plastic rods & round rods – precise, versatile, custom-made
Our plastic rods – also known as round rods or solid rods – complement our range of semi-finished plastic products with a compact, robust solution for a wide range of applications. Manufactured from proven materials such as rigid PVC and polystyrene, they impress with their dimensional stability, dimensional accuracy, and a consistently smooth surface. The rods are ideal for technical applications, as guide elements, spacers, supports, or for model and fixture construction. We produce to order, so you receive exactly the dimensions, color, and length you need for your product or application.
Custom-made plastic profiles & polygonal tubes
Whether a functional extrusion profile or a custom-made polygonal tube – we develop and produce your desired profile geometry precisely tailored to your application. We tailor the material, contour, color, and length precisely to your requirements. Our plastic profiles are used in numerous applications – e.g., as guide elements, cover strips, support systems, or packaging profiles. Our square and rectangular tubes are also versatile – as stable protection, sleeves, or structural elements. We offer dedicated tools for standard sizes. We manufacture customized profile shapes using newly developed tools in our in-house tool shop – precisely, efficiently, and securely.
Plastic packaging tubes for protection, presentation & function
Our plastic packaging tubes combine functional product protection with attractive product presentation – ideal for delicate, high-quality, or durable items. Whether in retail, industry, or transport: Our tubes offer maximum safety with minimal material usage. Thanks to their high resistance to point and area loads, as well as their durability, they also make a valuable contribution to environmental protection – especially in reusable or long-term use. With suitable closure caps, our packaging tubes can also be used as feeding systems or transport sleeves. In addition to our extensive standard range, we also manufacture customized tube sizes according to customer requirements.
Plastic pipes & hollow rods
Our plastic tubes and hollow rods impress with their high dimensional accuracy, smooth surfaces, and versatile applications – whether as protective sleeves, packaging tubes, guide systems, or for technical applications. We process rigid PVC and PET as standard, as these materials are characterized by their excellent dimensional stability, processability, and chemical resistance. Upon request, we also use other plastics – depending on your specific application. In addition to our proven standard range, we also manufacture custom dimensions and lengths – precisely tailored to your product.
