About us
As a family business, the name Jakob & Partner has stood for care, accuracy and high flexibility for more than 40 years.
As a manufacturer of injection molding tools and injection molded parts in Heitersheim near Freiburg, we have specialized in the production of technically difficult and demanding thermoplastic parts since 1980.
Our skills in tool and mold making combined with the know-how from the production of injection molded parts offer our customers perfect results in the manufacture of their products.
We are happy to be available to our customers as a competent partner for further work processes such as partial assembly and completion to customer-specific end products as well as ultrasonic welding of plastic parts.

Production of thermoplastic parts
1,200 injection molds are stored in our fireproof mold warehouse 31 Arburg machines for shot weights from 0.1 to 500g (polystyrene) and clamping forces of up to 200t Processing of almost all thermoplastics Specialized in the processing of highly heat-resistant "noble materials", e.g. high-performance plastics such as PPS, Peek, PVDF, LCP, PES and PSU 2- and 3-component injection molding processes Inserting and overmolding metal inserts, e.g. on our vertical injection moulding machines

3-component injection molding, electronic position indicator
Innovative electronic position indicator consisting of 3 housing components, some of which are made of several materials: Front housing: 1) PA66 CF30; 2) PA6 (disk); 3) TPV+batch (blue buttons) Rear housing: 1) PA66 CF30; 2) TPV (seal) Drive shaft: POM Harmony with each other, as well as with the married metal and electronic components, is essential.
