Metal 3D Printing
Metal 3D printing offers many advantages. One of them is the rapid availability of one to more than 50 parts in just a few working days. This makes the process perfect for producing prototypes in high-quality materials. Several functions such as one-piece assemblies and weight reduction are advantages of the process, which can also be implemented in series production. The introduction of near-contour cooling also makes metal 3D printing interesting for toolmaking.
Plastic 3D Printing
Hardly any other field has so many different processes as plastic 3D printing. This is why there is often confusion and mistakes in terminology. We see the big picture and support our customers in choosing the right process for them. We have the following to choose from: Hybrid PhotoSynthesis (HPS) Stereolithography (SLA/STL) Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) Polyjet Multijet Fusion (MJF) Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) Digital Light Processing (DLP) No matter what properties your project requires – high temperature resistance, tensile strength, self-extinguishing properties, rail vehicle or aircraft approval, biocompatibility, food-safety – we have the solution for you!
Injection Moulding
We offer a wide variety of plastics processing. Our injection moulding machines are tuned to the most modern process technology. Through innovative production equipment and continuous training of our employees, we produce perfectly shaped plastic articles that combine attractive design with high-performance functionality. We use semi-automatic and fully automatic machines and are thus equipped for high-quality injection moulding production from small batches to several million parts per year. Thanks to our various injection moulding plants, we respond quickly and flexibly to your needs.
Deepdrawing
Every year, we process approximately 5,000 tonnes of steel into 50 million deep-drawn parts of the highest precision. We excel when things get particularly difficult. We produce even the most complicated parts with intricate geometries or complex shapes in consistent top quality. To do so, we use our own innovative process that combines the advantages of classic deep drawing with the possibilities of hydroforming.
CNC Machining
OUR SPECIALITY: 5-AXIS MILLING OF COMPLEX PARTS Due to our high quality standards, we work with the latest generation of machines for milling – most of all with the 5-axis milling machine. On this machine, we produce prototypes and series parts in plastic and metal. We process almost all alloys, all the way to semi-finished products that would be difficult to machine. We excel in the production of complex components and entire assemblies and in fast delivery times.
Vacuum Casting
3D printing reaches its limits when it comes to special requirements such as high-gloss finishes or components with large surface areas or volumes. Vacuum cast parts are a popular alternative because their production is fast, inexpensive and simple. Vacuum casting allows the production of various surface roughnesses and structures and can be finished in different colours, transparency levels and degrees of hardness. The method is therefore suitable for multi-component castings, surfaces in series quality and the recasting of inserts.
