DEVELOPMENT & MANUFACTURING MADE IN GERMANY
H&B Electronic was founded in 1984 as a manufacturing company for electromechanical components and, through continuous growth, has established a reputation as a developer and producer of hybrid components made of metal and plastic. In addition to connectors, the portfolio includes electrical contact systems, electrical and electronic assemblies, and medical devices. The owner-managed company has a wide range of diverse and state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies at its disposal.
Development and production are located exclusively at the Deckenpfronn site on the edge of the Northern Black Forest, on approximately 13,500 m² of production space. A disadvantage? The connection technology specialists demonstrate that this is not the case!
DEVELOPMENT, KEY TECHNOLOGIES, AND HIGH DEEP MANUFACTURING
H&B relies on the close integration of product development, automation technology, tool design and construction with the production departments for stamping, injection molding, and assembly. This gives developers and designers a very good insight into the manufacturing processes and what is feasible. At the same time, the production departments are involved in product development and tool design from an early stage. Improvements from production are implemented immediately and, if necessary, incorporated into company standards. "Everything from a single source means that the product and the manufacturing process are perfectly coordinated," are the advantages of this corporate philosophy.

A mould with conformal cooling, additive manufactured out of H11 (1.2343)? Currrently a task where only a few providers can deliver the right solution. /H&B/ is convinced of the benefits of this steel, as well as most oft he mould makers are convinced: wear resistance, thermal stability, heat conductivity and hot hardnes. As one of the first providers in market we now are able to print parts out of H11 (1.2343). Additionally we offer the design of the conformal cooling channels, based on in-depth knowledge of our engineers as well as years of experience in mouldmaking and injection moulding. The impact of conforming cooling on all components, mould, tempering unit and injection moulding process is evaluated through a comprehensive approach.
