Halbich-Kunststoffe GmbH is a third-generation, owner-managed, medium-sized family business that operates throughout Europe.
For almost 50 years, our main focus has been the coloring and extrusion of thermoplastics in small quantities from 5 kg to approx. 10,000 kg. We produce and color individually according to our customers' wishes.
In addition to our core business - the coloring of thermoplastics - we also offer the processing of almost all thermoplastics for reuse as regranulate. We also process PMMA regrind into fine regrind in various grain sizes.
As a reliable partner, we implement your wishes quickly and flexibly.
We work as closely and cooperatively as possible with our customers, trying to solve tasks and problems constructively and implement them successfully.
In addition to the vehicle/automotive sector, construction and electrical engineering, we have also been able to create a name for ourselves as an uncomplicated, independent business partner in many other industries.
Products & services
Granulate und Compounds
Our granules and compounds are made from high-quality raw materials. The colors we developed for you are unique recipes that we combine in one develop intensive exchange with you. Starting with color sample plates for an initial color comparison over small sample quantities - for test runs in your process - we calibrate your granules or compound again and again until the color and properties are optimal for you. Materials: PC, PMMA, PA, ABS, PC, PE, PS, SB, PP, POM, ASA, TPU Additives: UV stabilizer, process stabilizer, spreading agent, Lubricant, laser additive, pearlescent effects, etc. We will make the modifications you require completely according to your wishes and requirements.
Lohnaufbereitung und Regranulate
Regranulates are made from regrind via a melting process (compounding) obtained as granules. Regranulate has a uniform grain size and no dust content and is easy to process. We are currently processing PMMA and ABS regrind. They represent an environmentally friendly and cost-effective option for many applications. We also regranulate other types of materials for our customers upon request. For example, we professionally process production leftovers from injection molding companies so that they can be used again as regranulate in ongoing production. This is an extremely cost-effective addition to their value chain. We also buy PMMA and ABS regrind and process it into regranulate in single-screw extruders.
PMMA Feinmahlgut
We purchase, inspect, grind and extrude PMMA parts. We buy crystal clear, pure PMMA parts or regrind. The extrusion is carried out using special insert sieves to exclude contamination. The material is then ground in the fine mill, conveyed to the screening machine and screened out in the respective sizes. The following sizes are available: 0.1 – 0.2 to 2.0 – 3.0
