GIRLICH Technische Kunststoffe Kunststoffbearbeitung GmbH is since 50 years the authority for machining manufactured workpiece as a single part or as a series production.
We can turn, mill and serrate the products. We deliver assembly groups as well as semi-finished and blank products. We process all technical sensible materials. Individual advice, development and constructions with high and constant product quality are an essential component our business objectives. Complementary to the commercial raw materials we inset modified plastics according to our own recipe. So develop products with outstanding physical and chemical characteristics. Products which leave our company are the result of an intensive study of the specifications and requirements of the client. Longstanding business connections document the innovative performance of the company.

High-performance plastics we chip with the most advanced CNC lathes and milling machines according to your specifications. We edit PTFE (also in different modifications), PA 4.6, PPSU, PSU, PEI, PVDF, PPS, PPS ZXAR. PEEK, PEEK 450, PEEK GF30,-CF30, -PTFE, PEEK ZXAR, PEEK mineral, PEEK ceramics PEEK colored to PEEK for medical technology. PI, PI CS15, to PI PTFE, PI CS+PTFE.PAI, PAI CS-PTFE to the point of PBI.
Sliding materials from Girlich®PETP GLS
GIRLICH® PETP GLS is an outstanding sliding material on the base of polyethylene terephthalate whose sliding properties are achieved by the implanted GLS lubricant.

We produce with automatic lathes technic and with electric driven tools and opposed spindle till an Ø100mm drawing parts from technical and high-performance plastics.
Format sets for ampoule filling systems and packing machines:
The GIRLICH GmbH from Neuwied produces since more than 50 years, beside an expanded spectrum of high quality machining manufactured workpiece also completely format sets for ampoule filling systems for the soft drink-, food- and pharmaceutical industry according to customer specifications – also in large dimensions. The format sets consist of screw conveyor, star conveyor and sliding components.

Gear- and chain wheels off plastic: Gear wheels, spur wheels, chain wheels and crown gear. Following options for machining manufactured gear wheels and so on, we have: Module: M = 1 to M14 at a pressure angle of 20°, others on request.

The innovative GIRLICH®, PolyGir®125 DGLS blue is a high-performance friction bearing material with properties unrivalled throughout the world. PolyGir®125 DGLS blue is currently the culmination of more than 50 years of cooperative research and development between two companies that embody innovation and plastics expertise - GIRLICH® GmbH and POLYELAST KUNSTSTOFFE GmbH in Neuwied am Rhein. After two years of intensive research, we succeeded in bringing to the market a new high-performance friction bearing material for the food industry.

Gleitpolymer ohne PFAS Girlich®PETP GLS
Girlich®PETP GLS extruded – polyethylene terephthalate GLS, natural, black-shimmering without PFAS Girlich®PETP GLS is a preferred material for a particularly wide range of applications. Thanks to the embedded GLS lubricant, the material has excellent sliding properties without PFAS.

For more than 50 years, Girlich® has been producing turned parts according to drawings, depending on the design, up to x = Ø960, z = 1500 mm, with a maximum bar capacity of Ø150 mm, on CNC lathes made of technical and high-performance plastics.

Girlich® has been producing milled parts according to drawings on CNC milling machines for more than 50 years, due to their design: up to x=3050, y=400 z=300 mm; until x=2020, y=1000, z=300; more than 3 axes up to x= 2020, y=400, z=200 mm made from technical and high-performance plastics.
