Filters | Strainers | Sieves
We produce customised filters, sieves and screens using the plastic injection moulding process. The geometries and designs of the filter screens can be designed to meet individual customer requirements and applications. With the plastic injection moulding process, certain functions can also be integrated into the part design. When selecting the plastic, the application and the requirements for the plastic part are decisive. We process all common polymers from PE, PP, ABS, PC, POM, PBT, PA, PPA, PPS to PEEK. We process all common types of woven mesh with materials, mesh sizes and thread or wire diameters adapted to the application. We mainly concentrate on stainless steel and plastic mesh. We also use galvanic filter foils, nonwoven, fleece and membrane material.
High-Performance Plastic Parts
We produce customised high-performance plastic parts using plastic injection moulding. The geometries and design of the high-performance plastic parts can be tailored to individual customer requirements and applications. All parts made from these high-performance thermoplastics are very resilient, stable and durable plastic parts. High-performance plastics can also be used to substitute or replace metal parts, for example. This brings the advantage of faster cycle times, expanded design possibilities and more economical production. High-performance plastic parts are highly durable parts made of high-temperature thermoplastics such as polyamides, PPS, PEI, LCP, PEEK, etc. These material types are at the top of the plastic pyramid. When selecting the plastic, the application and the requirements for the part are decisive. The raw plastic materials are often reinforced with glass fibres or carbon for this category of parts.
Precision Plastic Parts
We produce customised precision injection moulded parts using the plastic injection moulding process. The geometries and design of the precision injection moulded parts can be tailored to individual customer requirements and applications. Precision injection moulded parts are usually small parts with high output quantities, precise part design and structures, and tight tolerances. The injection moulding tools are designed and manufactured with up to 64 cavities. In many cases, the precision injection moulded parts are injected with a hot runner system. This allows us to offer an economical injection moulding process. When selecting the plastic, the application and the requirements for the plastic part are decisive. We process all common polymers from PE, PP, ABS, PC, POM, PBT, PA, PPA, PPS to PEEK.
