The company Rabatech Kunststofftechnik is active in the field of plastic injection molding. In addition to the production of plastic injection molded items in the 1k and 2k range, we also offer our customers tool production in this area. We have been working with long-standing partners for years who create injection molds for us. Sampling and series production takes place in our company. The production is equipped with 27 machines in the 12.5t - 420t range, including a 110t - 2k. Our quality department is equipped with optical, tactile measuring machines, scanners and measuring microscopes in order to be able to measure and test our manufactured parts. We also have an unbalance testing machine (for ventilation wheels) and color measuring devices at our disposal. We are certified according to ISO 9001-2015 and supply various industries such as household, furniture, sanitary, electrical equipment, automotive, etc. We profile ourselves as a competitive, customer-oriented partner in the field of contract injection molding and assembly. The tools are mainly sourced from China but also from Germany. We offer assembly work both on the basis of Germany/Schwabach and on the basis of Eastern Europe/Romania. We are happy to advise you in the early design phase on the production of gears in various designs, thin-walled parts, glass-clear parts (light guides), moving parts with complex component geometry and metal overmoldings. WE also face challenges in connector overmolding in the field of automotive electronics. Medical Technology: We are used to comply with high quality and organizational requirements. In close accordance with the DIN EN ISO 13485 quality management in medical technology, we are able to meet the demands of international medical technology. Products for customers in the field of dentistry, histology and laboratory technology have been part of our portfolio for years. The parts we produce are not subject to cleanroom requirements. The parts are largely functional components of medical devices. We’ve been listed as an A-supplier by our medical technology customers for years.
