Die Kerling Kunststofftechnik GmbH ist ein familiengeführtes, mittelständisches Unternehmen aus Rednitzhembach. Als Komponentenfertiger sind wir hierbei für die Leistungselektronik im Bereich der Elektromobilität, der erneuerbaren Energien und der Automatisierungstechnik tätig. Beispiele sind dabei Batterieladesysteme und Elektromotorensteuerungen in Windrädern, Elektrobussen und Elektroautos. KID Imprägnier- und Dichttechnik GmbH is the market leader in vacuum impregnation of leaky, porous metals as well as electrical hybrid components with cracks. In 13 service centers across Europe, we offer our customers fast service (contract impregnation as well as other services) with state-of-the-art impregnation resins from the Henkel-Loctite family. Our product portfolio also includes customized solutions such as on-site service. In addition, we provide our customers advice for automated impregnation units and the right choice of suitable Loctite resins. Our products are characterized by excellent quality, high resistance against chemicals, solvents and temperatures as well as very good sealing results. Our company is certified according to IATF16949 and with more than 40 years of experience in the automotive industry. We are experts in 1-component and 2-component injection molded parts. Our machine size ranges from several 40to. Injection molding machines over 100 tons, 200 tons, 320 tons up to a 650 tons.
